Massimo Consulting implements strategy at multinational and reduces costs

LogWeb portal published an article about the strategy implemented by Massimo Consulting at a multinational in the food sector, which resulted in an 8% reduction in transportation costs.

The project included a review of rates, a redesign of the logistics network, and a new bidding model to achieve these results, always taking into account the brand's needs and objectives.

"Our focus was to identify savings opportunities in every cost item, negotiating based on an in-depth analysis of components such as labor, fuel, and maintenance," says Eduardo Muniz, of Massimo Consulting.
