Massimo redefines logistics for a food multinational

✔ Redesign of the transportation bidding process, with the fixed-rate share dropping from 70% to 20%;

✔ Strategic negotiation, cutting costs by up to 30% on key routes;

✔ Shared transportation in complex areas, without losing quality.
