Massimo case reflects growth forecast for the logistics automation sector
Updated: Sep 2
Massimo Consulting led the management of an automation case at a multinational in the retail sector. The goal was to optimize the order cycle, which resulted in a 60% reduction in processing time.
The strategic process, development, and implementation were the subject of an article published on the Tupi.fm website.
The project, launched in 2023, began with a detailed mapping of the activities carried out by the multinational's analysts, who worked with decentralized systems and manual checks. The Massimo team proposed an automation solution through two Extract, ETL processes, which automate order handling, eliminating errors caused by registration failures and optimizing inventory management.
According to recent research by Mordor Intelligence, these implementations will become increasingly frequent due to the beneficial results seen across different brands, pointing to annual growth of 9.9% through 2029.
This forecast can bring improvements to companies' logistics chains, such as:
➡️ Greater logistics agility and scalability
➡️ Error reduction
